No, we don’t have any minimum quantities of furniture pieces or appliances. Rent as many or as few items as you will need.

Yes you’re welcome to rent anything in our range from 1 week up to 2 years or any period in between that suits you.

Yes you’re welcome to extend your 1 or 2 month furniture rental by the week at 25% of the monthly rate, or for another month.

Yes we deliver and fully install all of the furniture and appliances in our range. And at the end of the rental period, we’ll disassemble them at collection for you.

For all Short Term rentals we charge a delivery fee which will include full installation, and also collection at the completion of the rental. However for some Long Term rentals (6 months or longer) we deliver and install free of charge. We will inform you of the fee if applicable, at the enquiry stage.

In most cases we deliver to you within the week. The more notice you can give us, we can then deliver on the date and time you want.

Yes we offer Saturday deliveries or collections, however there is a surcharge due to us having to pay our staff penalty rates.

We will contact you the business day before delivery, to give you a precise time that we will deliver the goods to you on the day you have requested. Plus our drivers call you on the way to your home to give you the exact time of their arrival.

On delivery we will need to see your photo identification, plus we’ll need to be paid for the first month’s rent & the delivery fee if applicable. You can pay by card on our mobile EFTPOS machine that our driver will bring to your home, or by cash. For rentals 3 months or longer, future payments will be by Direct Debit, which you’re welcome to pay either weekly, fortnightly or monthly whichever suits you. We will bring a Direct Debit form for you to fill in at delivery.

Regarding any possible breakdowns of the appliances, we are responsible for any repairs of the appliances. We will either have them repaired or replaced at our cost. These repairs or swap overs are conducted Monday to Friday. All appliances are thoroughly cleaned & tested before we install them.

Our mattresses & pillows are provided with complimentary zip up protectors for you as part of our hygiene policy. You’ll see that the mattresses are extremely clean as we always provide them with protectors, plus we store them in our warehouse, and transport them in plastic bags to keep them clean.

We normally get back to all of our online enquiries by the next business day or often the same day to give you all pricing to allow you to decide
